Each year Indiana University recognizes outstanding alumni with the Distinguished Alumni Service Award (DASA), the highest accolade reserved solely for alumni.

The awardees are leaders in their chosen fields. They also make significant contributions benefiting their community, state, nation, or university.

We are pleased to announce the following pre-eminent alumni have been selected to receive the 2012 Distinguished Alumni Service Award:

Ms. Cora Breckenridge, BS '59 Speech and Hearing Therapy, MS '63 Education
Mr. Richard (Dick) Enberg, MS '59 Health and Safety, HD '62 and Honorary Doctorate in 2002
Mr. Curt Simic, BS '64 Physical Education
Mr. Paul Tash, BA '76 Journalism, Political Science
