This two part webinar will answer common questions that arise among individuals that are aging or caring for an elderly loved one. This webinar will discuss what to expect when visiting healthcare providers and tips on talking to providers about any health concerns. Participants will learn keys to healthy aging and preventive behaviors for common ailments afflicting the aging, including Dementia and Alzheimer's. Elements of advanced care planning, such as living arrangements, health care coverage (Medicaid, Medicare, etc.), living wills, and health care power of attorney will also be discussed.
