After nearly 50 years working in counseling and counseling education, Dr. Rex Stockton is internationally recognized for his work in group counseling, group counselor education, and group dynamics. His work with the International Counseling, Advocacy, Research, and Education, or I-CARE, project in particular focuses on counselor training of human service personnel and research related to the social and emotional components of HIV/AIDS in Sub-Saharan Africa.
