Global Perspectives Series: Lecture 6 Ambassador Laurence Wohlers

Laurence Wohlers, United States Ambassador to the Central African Republic since September, 2010, presented "What Happens When a State Collapses?" the sixth lecture in the Global Perspectives Speaker Series at Indiana University on October 3rd. The speaker series is an initiative of the new School of Global and International Studies in IU's College of Arts and Sciences. The theme of the series for the spring semester is "Coexistence and Conflict Mediation Across the Globe."
