Wednesday, March 2, 2016 This is the first in a series of "Hot Topics" conversations for IU faculty, staff and students. Kevin Brown, the Richard S. Melvin Professor of Law at the Maurer School of Law, and Sandra Shapshay, director of the Political and Civic Engagement Program in the College and associate professor of philosophy, will lead a discussion on Black Lives Matter and policing. An initial panel discussion will be followed by several smaller break-out sessions.
