Leading Thai Scholar to Receive Honorary Doctorate: Sombat Thamrongthanyawong

Indiana University officials will confer an honorary doctorate of humane letters on Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, president of Thailand's leading graduate-level educational institution in early April. Sombat is president of National Institute of Development Administration in Thailand. The event is part of a three-day visit by Sombat and a Thai delegation to IU Bloomington and IUPUI on April 3-6.
