Justin Mast, MA, BSN, RN, CEN, FAWM is a Clinical Lecturer and Instructor for the Paramedic Science, Department of Emergency Medicine at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in addition to his role as Manager of Emergency Preparedness and Response at Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Health Hospital. In addition, he serves as the Team Lead for the Indianapolis Radiologic/Nuclear Detection Task Force. Mr. Mast earned his Master of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management. He has been deployed for a myriad of disaster response activities worldwide and completed numerous disaster and emergency specialization training sessions. He authored several published articles with his most recent titled "Ebola: Practicing the unknown in Sierra Leone." Mr. Mast’s academic projects include a host of conference presentations, poster presentations, multimedia projects, as well as IRB approved research.
