Do you work with BUY.IU, Chrome River, Payroll, or Bursar payments? Payments generated by these systems are reissued or cancelled via the Stop Payment Form. An updated form launches July 1.
The request form has been refreshed, streamlined, and rebuilt as a FireForm. This training will cover everything from locating payment details to tracking your stop payment request. After attending this training, you will be able to:
- Determine when a stop payment request should be submitted.
- Locate payment details for BUY.IU and Chrome River payments.
- Verify whether a check has been cashed.
- Complete and submit a Stop Payment Form.
- Track your Stop Payment Form using FireForm’s workflow states.
