Session #2 - Social Awareness and Relationship Management
This 2-hour, 2-session workshop will enhance participants' ability to know what they are feeling, what their emotions mean and how their emotions affect other people. Participants will gain a greater understanding of how to manage their emotions and personal and professional relationships. They will also learn how to apply Emotional Intelligence when participating in difficult or uncomfortable conversations.
