Wharton, Director of Strategic Business Services at the Cave Hill School of Business, first provides some background on the university and describes her primary responsibilities organizing conferences, workshops and seminars. She then talks about the importance of entrepreneurship to Barbados and touches on the university's plan to formalize entrepreneurship as a profession.
