IT Leadership Community

The IT Leadership Community, ITLC, is a volunteer leadership group of IT professionals from across IU reguardless of what campus, department or division that you are associated with.  The group was formed to provide opportunities for professional and personal growth that focuses on leadership.  While the ITLC board is the oversight group, the real work is completed by the action teams.  The action teams focus on specific areas to make sure we continue to offer frequent and high quality options for your development. 

The action teams focus on workshops, guest speakers, reading groups, a formal mentorship program, as well as offering professional networking events for you to talk to your colleagues.  If you are interested in ITLC, visit itlc.iu.edu.
