Panelists will spotlight the importance of cultural intelligence, global literacy, and the ability to work in a multinational organization as necessary conditions for success as an executive leader.

Philip Powell, Associate Dean of Academic Programs and Clinical Associate Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at IU Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis, will lead panelists in a discussion on how building a global skillset can lead to success in the professional world.
