What is an IT Pro

An IT Pro is anyone who provides IT services or support to the faculty, staff, students, patients, donors, guests, partners, or alumni of IU. There are varying IT Pro roles across Indiana University ranging from full and part-time positions to student positions. Any person engaged in the support, creation, teaching, analysis, administration, or management of IT personnel, resources, and/or knowledge is considered an IT Pro. If you are a registered IT Pro, there are many tools and resources available for you at uits.iu.edu. Other tools include the LSP database, Pages for IT Professionals, and the KB for IT Pros.
