How did Indiana University’s people participate in the fight for women’s suffrage? Join University Archivist Dina Kellams as she delves into the archival record to find stirring tales of campus walk-outs, campus visitors, and activist alumnae. Attendees will learn more about early campus women’s organizations that worked to increase awareness of women’s suffrage, hear stories of alumnae who went on to work in big ways – nationally or within their communities – to advocate for the female vote, and how members of IU faculty supported the movement.
