Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS)
Seabolt has had an adventurous library career journey and is now part of the team at Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS) as the Manager of Engagement, Consulting, and Training. MCLS is a member-driven non-profit library consortium that serves libraries of all types in Indiana and Michigan. In her role, she works with her team to collaborate with library administration and staff in strengths-based and human-centered planning initiatives, strengthening professional learning opportunities, and various member and community engagement projects. Seabolt is a Certified Appreciative Inquiry and Resilience Facilitator through the Center for Appreciative Inquiry, has earned certification in IDEO’s Foundations in Design Thinking, and has trained as a World Café Host, Future Search Facilitator, as well as with the American Library Association/Harwood Institute’s Public Innovators Lab. She earned a B.S. from Purdue University and an M.L.S. from IUPUI.
