Grief and loss come in many forms, and affect us all in many different ways. Sometimes it comes when we experience death or dying, but grief can also reach us when we lose relationships, jobs and financial stability, and beloved traditions or experiences. There is no one right way or right time to process our grief. This year has exposed us all to a myriad of losses, large and small. This session will discuss these topics, the impact grief can have on our lives and our well-being, and possible ways to cope.
