Construction on IU South Bend's new Education and Arts building is complete and university officials will be on hand to officially dedicate the facility at 3:00pm on Wednesday, April 17. The building will be partially open to students after the dedication ceremony. It will be home to the offices of the school of the arts, the school of education and the dental clinic.
