The world has undoubtedly become more interconnected and global. Whether learning a foreign language for fun or to do business, many are quickly realizing being able to speak, understand, and write in more than one language is a tremendous asset. That's why in this talk, IU Chinese Flagship Program Director Dr. Yea-Fen Chen will share with us why becoming fluent in another language is important and what her Flagship Program is doing to promote this trend.
