Chantal St. Louis discusses her consulting work with a nonprofit organization in an interview with Jimmy Bettcher. St. Louis, an MBA student at Indiana University, briefly describes Jim Collins's Good to Great framework and her participation in a national essay competition applying his framework to a nonprofit organization. Her six-member team worked with Giving Back to Africa, a nonprofit organization focused on education in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
