Ayanna Young Marshall discusses entrepreneurship and international trade opportunities in an interview with Kelley MBA student Joel Arnold. Marshall, Lecturer in International Business for the University of the West Indies, first explains how a crisis can inspire innovation and influence the diversification of an economy. She then continues to describe the Student Entrepreneurship Empowerment Development (SEED) Project at the University of the West Indies, an initiative that educates and supports student entrepreneurs. Marshall also talks about international trade opportunities in the services and creative industries.
