IU junior Nate Carey describes his experience performing Hamiltunes.“Hamiltunes”, a sing-along rendition of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s 2015 musical “Hamilton: An American Musical”, is the product of a recent collaboration between students from IU’s Jacobs School of Music and the IU Department of Theatre, Drama, and Contemporary Dance. Showcasing the most popular tunes from “Hamilton”, the show has made stops this year at the Brown County Playhouse, Salem Middle School, and other venues.
