The Global Health Research Speaker Series on Tuesday, Nov. 8th, featured Dr. Dinah Chelagat, senior lecturer (midwifery), and Dean of the Moi University School of Nursing presenting: "The Effects of COVID-19 on Nursing Education and Practice."
The session highlighted how nursing education and practice in Kenya were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic; innovations/strategies that were instituted to ensure that learning and practice were continued; challenges faced; lessons learned and way forward for future pandemics.
