It can be difficult to sift through the mountains of email we receive to find what is most important and urgent. And we don't necessarily want to ignore or delete emails that aren't at the top of the priority list. So Microsoft has a way to set rules and/or alerts for email based on things like sender, content, recipient, etc. I demonstrate in this video how to send emails from one particular email address to a designated folder instead of my general inbox, but there are many more options. For details and written instruction, visit Microsoft's support site here.Tip #2: Giving grace to ourselves and others
Sometimes (or maybe more often than sometimes these days) we are not functioning at our peak and our work or other aspects of our lives can suffer for it. Giving grace means that we tell ourselves that it is okay to be less than perfect and it to show appreciation and support for others when they feel like they are not able to contribute at a level they or others expect of them. See the articles below for more information about demonstrating grace in a variety of contexts.
