Audra Stevenson Drakes discusses human resources management in an interview with Kelley MBA student Joel Arnold. Drakes, Adjunct Faculty Member and Project Manager at the Cave Hill School of Business in the West Indies, addresses the shifting focus of human resources and stresses the importance of aligning human resources programs with the overall mission of an organization.
