The second annual Maurer Arbitration Competition took place March 25-26. This year's problem involved an international business transaction that raises intriguing conflicts-of-law issues. The final round of the Competition, when the top Claimant and top Respondent team faced-off, tok place Saturday, March 26 at 3:00 pm in Room 216 of Baier Hall.
