CDPI Session 1A: Equipping Career Services for Success in a Virtual World
From Karley Clayton
The year 2020 forced the Indiana Tech Career Center to pivot from primarily face to face programming to virtual programming. As campus returned to normal operations, we believed that by combining the best parts of virtual and in person, this would create an advantageous model for students taking Pre-Internship seminar, a course designed to teach and develop students for academic and non-academic internships. Learn how the traditional in-class instruction changed to fully online instruction resulting in a more robust experience. We will discuss how early indicators reflect positive connections between students, employers and Career Services.
