UN has declared October 11 as the “International Day of the Girl,” and October 15 as the “International Day of Rural Women.” As many continue to raise awareness in all gender equality issues, Ms. Rania Anderson shares her personal story behind starting the group “The Way Women Work,” and how women can utilize their distinct skillsets to make positive and successful impacts in the world.
