In this session we will cover simple stress reduction techniques (using CBT and ACT) and happiness habits (leveraging research in positive psychology) to help you increase your happiness and reduce stress. These habits can transform how you feel personally; allowing those feelings to spread to others in your home, organization, and community. We will also discuss how companies use positive psychology to increase motivation, creativity, and productivity.
