Kelley MBA student Blake Grosch discusses the GLOBASE Ghana program in an interview with fellow MBA student Jimmy Bettcher. Grosch describes the program's structure, consisting of an instructional course and consulting project, and compares his past GLOBASE experience in Peru with his most recent experience in Ghana.
