Jeff Hart talks about his research on the global flat panel display industry in an interview with Kelley MBA student Joel Arnold. Hart, Professor of Political Science at Indiana University, explains the recent shift in display production to China and discusses the convergence of electronic platforms. Addressing the lack of flat panel display manufacturers in the United States, Hart argues that mechanical and manufacturing engineers are not as highly regarded in the United States.
