Paul Marer discusses economic challenges and business opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe in an interview with Kelley MBA student Jimmy Bettcher. Marer, Professor Emeritus of International Business at the Kelley School of Business, first provides an overview of Central European University where he is currently Professor of Business and Academic Outreach Coordinator. He also highlights the main differences in higher education between the United States and Europe. Next, Marer describes some of the current economic challenges for Eastern and Central Europe as a result of the recent global recession.
