IU Indy SoE Training Module 4B Elementary Calibration

Consistency in evaluation ensures fairness and supports candidate growth. This module introduces the IU evaluation rubric and guides you through video calibration exercises. 

Our rubrics were developed based on eight instructional practices, aligned to both the InTASC Model Core Teaching Standards and CAEP standards. Focus on how to evaluate candidates using the 1-3 scale at the final checkpoint, by paying close attention to the rubric and the evidence you see, read and hear in the clips and descriptions.
