No-Bake Energy Bites

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and roll into bite size balls. Makes about 24 energy bites.

Katie’s One-Pot Pasta
Ingredients:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat in Dutch oven. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add broth tomatoes and marinara with Italian seasoning and bring to a boil. Add pasta and lower heat to medium. Make sure pasta is completely covered by liquid. Simmer 12-17 minutes stirring halfway through or until pasta is cooked. Add sliced mozzarella and chopped fresh basil during last 2 minutes of cooking. Add Parmesan cheese if desired.
