Raphael Tyson discusses his microfinance organization, Kingsbridge, describes the business climate in Ghana, and reflects on his experience with the GLOBASE Ghana program in an interview with MBA student, Jimmy Bettcher. Tyson, Founding Member and Chairmain of the board of Kingsbridge Corporate Services Limited and Kingsbridge Microfinance Limited, first provides background information about Kingsbridge and describes the organization's loan structure. Tyson then reveals the challenges and opportunities for business in Ghana and offers advice to potential investors.
