Scott Shackelford discusses cyber security in an interview with Kelley MBA student Jimmy Bettcher. Shackelford, Assistant Professor of Business Law and Ethics at the Kelley School of Business, first describes the cyber risks facing small and large firms as well as nations. He emphasizes the importance of implementing a proactive approach to cyber security and uses Microsoft's Security Development Lifecycle as an example. Discussing the relationship between internet governance and cyber security, Shackelford describes the organizations that influence the regulatory environment.
