This presentation aims to connect aspects of learning activities of Continuing Education for Professionals (CPE). The objective is to provide conclusions about modes of professional learning. This interpretation is placed in a context relating to the process of learning to professional objectives. Explored are experiential learning to provide continuing professional education to adult learners. Further, to define and accomplish familiarity with the continuing professional educational field, research, and significant trends and issues related to continuing professional education are required. Current theories and principles provide a framework for understanding continuing professional education and a continuing professional educator's role. Further, investigation and critique of continuing professional education in its application are explored.
