The Indiana University Center for International Business Education and
Research (CIBER) hosted the Doing Business In and With Europe Conference
on May 28, 2018. This event brought together regional and
national government
and business leaders to share their experience and advice on conducting
business in Europe. Attendees included students, academics, and business people from the region. The final panel of the conference was "Best Practices and Lessons Learned from Doing Business In Europe." This panel consisted of David Russell, Attorney at Law and Chairman of Indiana's District Export Council, Darryl Floyd, Chief Operating Officer at Wood-Mizer, LLC, Ben Ovenden, Sales Manager at Thomas Medical, Inc., and Oleg Gostomelsky, Managing Director of European Operations at Telamon Corporation. This panel was moderated by Mark Cooper, Director, U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration.
