Ms. Past is a cyber-defense and strategic communication professional. She currently serves as Chief Research Officer of the cybersecurity branch of the Estonian Information System Authority. She has a background in consulting, training, and research with commercial, non-governmental, and corporate clients. Highlights of her current work include teaching at several universities and leading two teams at the world’s largest international technical cyber defense exercise, Locked Shields.
