Ashley Heller graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Her major was Community Health with a focus in nutrition. She is currently a School Nutrition Specialist for the Indiana Department of Education, Office of School and Community Nutrition. Ashley has been with IDOE for over three and a half years, creating and providing training and resources to schools across the state of Indiana. She previously worked at Women, Infants, and Children in Hendricks County, Indiana providing nutrition education for families.

Toby Orme graduated from Indiana University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. His major was Exercise Science. He is currently a Sales Representative for Stryker Spine, a global leader of complex spine solutions. As a sales rep, Toby promotes Stryker’s Spine portfolio based on physician needs in his territory. In the operating room, he helps Neurosurgeons and Orthopedic Spine Surgeons obtain the best possible outcomes for their surgical patients.

Hannah Rose graduated from Indiana University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She majored in Fitness & Wellness. She is currently a Virtual Health Coach at Noom, Inc. Hannah has been with Noom for 2 years and specializes in sustainable, healthy lifestyle coaching using behavior change theories and principles.

Lauren Rubenstein graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2013. She majored in Exercise Science and Health Sciences. She was a previous a cheerleader for football and basketball during her time as a student. She later attended the University of Dayton and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2016. Currently, she works for Beacon Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, a physician-owned group in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky tristate area. Lauren has been working with Beacon for nearly six years, working with a variety of sports medicine and orthopedic cases, both surgical and non-surgical with young children and elderly patients alike.
