This workshop introduces IU Biology faculty, staff, and students to High Performance Computing (HPC) and the resources UITS Research Technologies makes available to them at IU to empower their research. This course follows on from the Introduction to HPC workshop and will cover the bioinformatics software available on IU’s supercomputing systems, the best ways to transfer, compute on, and store biological data, and how to efficiently utilize the systems.
