Dr. Beshkar is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Adjunct Assistant Professor of International Studies at Indiana University. His research and teaching both center on international trade, with an emphasis on trade agreements and institutions for international trade cooperation. Dr. Beshkar is the author of recent works on Safeguards and other Flexibility Mechanisms in Trade Agreements, Dispute Settlement in the World Trade Organization, and Interdependence of Trade Policies.
