Some call her a serial entrepreneur, a successful and charismatic one too. Ms. Jo Burston founded Inspiring Rare Birds (www.inspiringrarebirds.com) just 16 months ago in Australia, and the organization has a vision to create one million women entrepreneurs by 2020 globally through four business pillars--funding, mentorship, education, and community/ resources. Today the community spans 28,000 members and supporters across Australia, U.S., and Asia.

Jo Burston has also started several other technology and SaaS companies including her first fast growth business www.jobcapital.com.au and claimyourtax.com.au.

As many celebrated March as an especially empowering month for women, the global community continues to work towards gender equality. Jo has been in the forefront of this movement globally, and in this virtual interview, she shares with us her story in the business world, and how her newest company Inspiring Rare Birds (www.inspiringrarebirds.com) is working to accomplish its mission "to give every woman globally the opportunity to become an entrepreneur by choice."
