Dr. Rodgers is a Professor of Women's and Gender
Studies at Rutgers University, where she teaches courses and conducts research
in feminist economics, labor studies, and development economics. Many of her
studies have focused on East and South Asian economies, and she has traveled to
and lived in Asia to conduct her research.
