Ann Wallace discusses the entrepreneurial spirit in Barbados in an interview with Kelley MBA student Jimmy Bettcher. Wallace, Academic Program Director for the Cave Hill School of Business, first provides some background on the university and gives an overview of her responsibilities. She then describes the collectivist attitude in Barbados and points to the prevalence of social entrepreneurship in the country. Comparing entrepreneurs in Indiana with those in Barbados, Wallace cites passion as a common characteristic.
