Description: A look back at the last 12 months in client support through the lens of quality assurance and training including how technology enhancements impact our clients and consultants and what we can do to make the impact a positive experience. Review the three major technology enhancements: surveys; adding the callback option to our call queue; and the interface between ServiceNow and CIC. Review the steps to ensure the rollout of a new feature or enhancement returns a positive result for all.
