Learning analytics play an important role in designing and assessing efforts aimed at making education more equitable and effective. Expanding and sustaining individual and institutional data analytic work requires broader involvement that ultimately leads to culture change. In this session, we will look at how intellectual communities small and large can empower individuals to pursue change, and how individuals can find or create their own communities.
