Agenda:

• Over-invoiced PO processing changes
• We learned yesterday that AP is making changes to how over-invoiced POs are processed by their team. We’ll share what we learned and see what questions you have that we can research 😊
• Travel Town Hall brainstorm
• This Fall, Travel would like to hold a series of town halls to reintroduce travel policies and procedures to the IU audience. We have also reached out to large vendors like Southwest, Egencia, Enterprise, etc. to see if they are interested in speaking to our audiences as well. We’d like to discuss this with you to learn what would be most helpful for us to cover, who we should target as our audience, and what other ideas you have.
