Allow the video to load prior to sharing

Have participants turn off videos 

Close other tabs and windows on your computer 

Shorter videos tend to work better

Turn your computer volume and the video volume up

Mute yourself as the host (this will depend on the computer you're using, recommend testing beforehand!)
